Tips for Studying the 100 Civics Questions

While you need to be prepared for all 100 questions, focus your study time on the American Government section since it contains the most questions and is the most likely source of your interview questions. Many answers overlap across questions, so understanding the core concepts (like the three branches of government) helps you answer multiple questions correctly.

Some questions have answers that change over time, such as the name of the current President, Vice President, Governor, and Senators. Make sure you know the current officeholders before your interview date.
